Dan Clancy is a
Vice President of Search Services with
Xavier Associates and has been with the firm
since 1997. Building on several years of
prior executive search experience, he has
successfully completed numerous senior level
searches in a broad range of functions
and industries.
Prior to joining
Xavier Associates, Dan worked
in retained executive search in the
HealthCare Industry for international
firms including Korn/Ferry International.
His earlier career includes five years of
accounting experience within the
Massachusetts Hospital Association.
Dan holds
a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from
Providence College as well as a Masters in
Business Administration from Babson
College. He is a member of the
Massachusetts Healthcare Human Resources
Association (MHHRA) and Human Resources
Management Association (HRM).
