Dick Fleming is a Vice President with Gatti & Associates. During seventeen years of generalist human resources experience, his expertise has been focused on executive search, the design and implementation of management selection systems, and in coaching line management in HR delivery within decentralized, union free, operating environments.

Prior to joining Gatti, he worked for three years in executive search with Kenzer Corporation, a New York based firm servicing the retail and financial services industries.  As Vice President - Boston Office, Fleming directed the search activities for companies with locations across the country.

His industry experience includes roles as Vice President, Human Resources for FTM Corporation, an operating division of Fidelity Investments, and Vice President - Store Personnel, Zayre Corporation.  He participated in the design and implementation of an integrated competency based HR system, developed quality improvement/employee involvement programs, designed line management assessment systems and countered union organizing campaigns.

Fleming holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Boston University and is an active participant in The New England Employee Benefits Council (NEEBC), World@Work, American Society of Healthcare Human Resources Association (ASHHRA) and Massachusetts Healthcare Human Resources Association (MHHRA).
