Irene Brousell is Vice President, Search Services of Gatti & Associates, New England’s largest firm specializing in the search and placement of human resources professionals.

Prior to joining Gatti, Ms.
 Brousell established an independent executive recruiting practice to serve the recruitment needs of clients in the high technology, business to business and consumer magazine publishing industry. Her multi-functional operations provided searches for large and small organizations in filling positions in senior and mid-management level editorial, sales, marketing, business development, human resources, strategic planning, consulting. Her client list includes many of the national B2B publishers, public relations and new media companies.

Ms.
 Brousell has over a dozen years experience in corporate Human Resources management positions including professional-level recruiting and college relations programs at Ziff-Davis, Cahners Publishing and West Point Pepperell.

In her position at Gatti, Ms.Brousell combines her corporate Human Resources experience with her entrepreneurial ability to manage the entire search process to serve the staffing needs of her clients.

Ms.
 Brousell holds a BA degree in Sociology and Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University and has studied Human Resources Management at FDU, MBA program

Ms. Brousell is an active member of several regional and national Human Resources Professional Associations. She has been involved in numerous community-based charitable drives, capital campaign committees and fund raisers.
