John McGuire

John McGuire, Vice President of Search
Services, has over 25 years of Human Resources Management
experience. Twenty of those years were as the Senior Human
Resource Executive in corporations in the computer software,
medical devices, consumer products, and industrial products
industries. John’s focus was on building organizations capable
of meeting or exceeding the immediate and long-term plans of
those organizations.
Specific areas of expertise include: strategy, structure,
performance management and ROI. In addition to his Human
Resources background, he has significant experience managing
legal, engineering, and innovation functions while Vice
President of Human Resources.
More recently, working for a national consulting firm, John
focused on coaching executives and middle managers to further
improve their effectiveness in both their current position and
in preparation for additional responsibilities or promotion.
John is a graduate of Bryant University with a degree in
Business Administration.
He and his wife Kathy have three children and reside in East
Sandwich, MA. |
