Judy Banker
is Executive Vice President and Partner at Gatti & Associates,
a national executive search firm specializing exclusively in
the placement of Human Resources Professionals. She places HR
leaders in both mature and emerging growth companies,
including some of the country’s largest financial service
organizations as well as a broad range of companies in
biotechnology, ecommerce, technology, service, consumer
products, retail, higher education and manufacturing.
In her leadership position at Gatti &
Associates, Ms Banker accepts assignments in all the Human
Resources disciplines.
Prior to joining Gatti, Ms. Banker
was Assistant Vice President at BankBoston (now Bank of
America) where she held several human resources positions with
extensive responsibility for recruiting senior HR managers in
line, staff and field positions. She has also worked in
communications and development for the Dana Farber Cancer
Institute and as a speechwriter for the Massachusetts’ Office
of the Attorney General.
Ms. Banker
holds BA and MA degrees from Simmons College. She is a member
of the Human Resources Leadership Forum, The Human Resource
Planning Society, The Boston Club and The Commonwealth
Institute. She also serves on the Board of Directors of
SquashBusters, a not-for-profit organization serving inner
city youngsters.
