Fitzgerald is a Vice President at Gatti and Associates with
twelve years of experience on our executive search team.
During this time, he has developed particular expertise in the
search and placement of professionals at the Director and Vice
President levels in all areas of Human Resources. Mike is past
Co-President of the Human Resources Council (HRC), the longest
standing Human Resources professional organization for senior HR
executives in the Greater Boston area.

Mike is a
native of Buffalo, New York who earned his Bachelor of Arts
degree from Saint John Fisher College in Rochester, New York. He
also attended The School of Irish Studies in Dublin, Ireland as
an undergraduate. Mike has earned Master of Arts degrees from
both Boston College and Lesley College. He is an avid distance
runner who has successfully completed eleven marathons, including
nine Boston Marathons.
