Michael Mitchell has been with Gatti & Associates since 1997.  He works in all areas of human resources search and placement, with a particular emphasis in the search and placement of  senior human resources generalists and  organizational development professionals in the high technology,  manufacturing , life sciences and healthcare industries.

Prior to joining Gatti & Associates, he spent eight years in human resources and sales for IBM.  As an Employment Representative and a Human Resources Consultant, Mitchell gained experience in all aspects of human resources in a 12,000 employee research and development and manufacturing facility.  Most recently, he was an Attorney in the corporate law practice of Testa, Hurwitz, Thibeault, LLP, one of Boston's largest law firms, specializing in providing legal counsel to high growth high technology and venture capital firms.

Mitchell holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Juris Doctorate from Boston College Law School.  He is a member of the Employment Management Association (EMA), a Board Advisor for the New England Chapter of EMA and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
