Wende Malster is a Vice President with Gatti & Associates, and has been with the firm for ten years.  Her responsibilities include both retained and contingency search assignments, and her industry specialization includes financial services, biotechnology and medical products, professional services, higher education, and high technology.  She has assisted clients in both large and small companies with their Human Resources hiring needs.

Prior to joining Gatti & Associates, Wende spent six years with a prominent Boston placement firm specializing in the financial services industry.  Additionally, she spent two years with The Center for Executive Development, a Harvard Business School affiliated consulting firm.  Her early career experience was in line management with a leading disability insurance provider.

Wende holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Lawrence University, and has completed several courses in the Human Resources Certificate program at Bentley College.  She is active in several local Human Resource associations, as well as providing Human Resource council on the Board of Directors of a local non-profit organization.
