Gatti and Associates is
currently engaged in a retained search
for a senior level Compensation Partner
with a large global financial services
company. The person will support both
private wealth and institutional asset
management and will be based in Boston
MA. This is a role that will include
design, development and administration
in the areas of variable, equity and
base compensation. This person will lead
a team of 4-5 comp analysts. There is a
strong preference for comp leadership
experience in financial services,
preferably including asset management
experience. Experience in a compensation
consulting firm would be a plus. The
compensation range is $150-$225k, plus
40% bonus and stock.
