High growth, publicly traded, global technology
organization with 5K employees and close to $1B
in revenue is currently seeking a strategic
leader of total rewards. This is a terrific
opportunity to transform attraction, retention,
and rewards programs as well as create
infrastructure that will be scalable and will
guide the future direction of the firm. Past
experience in larger corporations, with emphasis
on Compensation and HRIS expertise is
required. Lead the selection and
implementation of a new HRIS system; assess,
define, and deliver best practice total rewards
programs, and participate in all M&A due
diligence and integration activity. Base
compensation range is targeted at 125-150K, with
30% bonus, significant restricted stock,
comprehensive benefits and full relocation.
