We
are conducting a search for a
Director of Recruitment for the
premier health care system in
western Massachusetts. This newly
created position reports to the Vice
President of Workforce Planning and
will be responsible for developing,
refining and executing system-wide
“Best in Class” recruitment
strategies.
This role will manage the
recruitment department of 20 and
partner with leaders throughout the
organization. The role will have
expertise in all aspects of
recruitment including strategy
development and implementation,
demonstrated leadership experience
in a high-volume recruitment
environment, successful experience
building partnerships and
collaborative relationships, and
success using technology throughout
recruitment operations.
The successful candidate will have a
minimum of 10 years recruiting and
leadership experience in
organizations with high-volume
recruitment operations. 3-5 years
experience recruiting in a
healthcare environment preferred.
Will also have exceptional
interpersonal, influencing and
relationship-building skills.
Compensation targets a competitive
base salary around $120k plus bonus.
