service lines seeks two senior level
compensation executives to lead all aspects of
compensation for key business units, each with
approximately 2K employees. We are seeking
strong design capability (sales, incentive,
equity, etc), leadership and influencing skills,
prior experience in larger corporate
organizations, and most importantly, individuals
who thrive in a high performance culture that
changes rapidly and values creativity and
continuous improvement. Each role will lead a
team of compensation professionals, as well as
partner closely with HR and line executives to
deliver the best solutions for the respective
business units. Total compensation targeted in
the 250K-350K range as well as full benefits and
relocation.
