Our client is a

Life Sciences Company in over 50
countries. The opportunity is a
leadership position charged with the
responsibility to innovate and
influence change around staffing
initiatives worldwide. It will
report to the Vice President of
Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:

Integrate client
Mission, Vision and Values into
all activities to drive
alignment and provide sufficient
clarity to act as guidelines for
decision making for managers.

Coordinate
staffing activities and
initiatives worldwide, with
emphasis on providing the
programs, tools and technology
that support the organization’s
talent acquisition goals.

Provide
leadership in building the
employment brand across business
units worldwide, ensuring
alignment and consistent
messaging across the company,
enabling the ongoing branding of
the organization in the market
as an employer of choice.

Provide overall
relationship management for
staffing providers including
agencies, EPO/ RPO providers and
Executive Search firms. Oversee
and influence the contracting
process to ensure consistency,
efficiency and cost
effectiveness.

Provide
leadership in the assessment and
optimization of recruitment
processes across geographies.
Map current processes and
identify opportunities to drive
efficiency and effectiveness.
Document and communicate
processes to HR staff across the
region.

Monitor and
educate HR staff on the use of
the company’s applicant tracking
system to drive accuracy and
completeness of staffing metrics
and data. Ensure understanding
of and compliance with system
requirements.

Identify
opportunities to improve the
candidate selection process
leveraging industry best
practices, technology solutions
and improvements to the hiring
process and tools.
Candidate Profile:

12+ years of
experience in corporate Human
Resources and Staffing
leadership roles
-
Strong
international focus and scope
-
Comprehensive
knowledge of staffing processes,
systems and vendor relationship
management
-
Business maturity
and demonstrated ability to
influence senior leaders and
establish collaborative
partnerships
-
Strong project
management and organizational
skills, with the ability to
prioritize in a fast-paced
environment
-
Bachelors degree
required with a Masters or MBA
preferred
Attractive
compensation package with a base
salary range of 170K plus bonus.
