Director of Benefits to be responsible for
leading the benefits team of 7 people and for
the design, development and ongoing management
of all domestic benefit programs and oversight
of international benefits plans for
approximately 5000 employees.

Min 10+ years exp in
employee benefit planning, design and
administration of plans. Strong communications,
organizational and interpersonal skills.
Strategic and creative thinking, strong
consultative skills. Demonstrated analytical
decision making ability, advanced project
management skills and exp. in structuring
benefits plans to align and support the
business. Experience in fast-paced environment,
knowledge of all benefit laws and regulations,
managing staff and budget. Background in M&A is
highly desirable.
Educational
requirement, Bachelor’s degree.
