compensation executive. Our client needs
strong experience interacting with BOD and
Executive Compensation Committee, Global Total
Rewards Strategy in a complex/matrixed culture
and proven ability to influence and lead a large
team. We are seeking an individual with
significant design, development and execution
skills in all areas of compensation including
incentive, executive, international, etc.
Compensation package including base, bonus and
executive perquisites is targeted at 200K-300K
as well as benefits and relocation.
