Having gone public during 2007, the Client is transitioning from a holding company of autonomous operating businesses to one world-class brand with integrated business processes, talent management and rewards strategies. The business is adapting to significant change. There is an imperative to create strategic compensation capability globally.

Leading strategic compensation for this corporation, means:

  • Conceptualizing & developing a global compensation strategy

  • Designing cash and equity based incentive plans that drive high performance

  • Being the source of relevant rewards information to executive leadership

  • Establishing credibility with the CEO, COO, CFO and Leaders of 8 business lines

  • Presenting before the Executive Compensation Committee

The right candidate for this position has either been, or is ready to become, the leader of compensation, for a global company. They also might have consulting firm experience in engaging and influencing executive management. Accomplishments in developing strategy, designing cash & equity based incentive plans, preparing or presenting before the ECC of the BOD, and knowledge of international compensation are sought.  A high degree of intellectual firepower, business acumen and adaptability are required.
