The right candidate for this position has either
been, or is ready to become, the leader of
compensation, for a global company. They also
might have consulting firm experience in
engaging and influencing executive management.
Accomplishments in developing strategy,
designing cash & equity based incentive plans,
preparing or presenting before the ECC of the
BOD, and knowledge of international compensation
are sought. A high degree of intellectual
firepower, business acumen and adaptability are
required.
