Our
client, a leader in the
communications products and
services industry, is
looking for a Manager of
Succession Planning. This newly
created position, located in
Manchester, New Hampshire, will
report to and work closely with
the Director of Talent
Management and Diversity. It
will be responsible for
providing thought leadership,
consultative support, and
project management in the areas
of leadership assessment,
succession planning and
development planning. This
person will build the process
around talent review and
succession planning for the
division. They will determine
the best in class tools to
assess talent, and develop and
coach the management staff.
This person will also work with
the managers to develop metrics,
forecasting and competencies.
Salary range is $90 - $100k plus
bonus. Relocation possible for
the right candidate.
