  • Assessment Meeting
  • Conduct an in-depth phone interview to explore the alignment of a candidate’s background with specific client requirements.
  • Initiate a face-to-face interview to assess a candidate’s personal style and expectations,  relevant HR experience, interpersonal skills, and cultural fit.
  • Give honest and candid feedback as we determine the appropriateness of the specific opportunity.
  • Encourage candidates to research prospective companies in order to make informed career decisions.
  • Presentation to Client:
  • Present a detailed candidate profile to the client.  Emphasis is placed on cultural fit and the alignment of each candidate’s skills to the client’s needs.
  • Arrange interviews with candidates who are selected by the client.
  • Help candidates to understand the client’s expectations and preferences.
  • Feedback
  • Gather client feedback on candidate’s strengths, alignment and fit and communicate promptly to candidate.
  • Assess candidate’s continuing interest in the position and communicate to client.
  • Work with both parties to keep the process a compelling one.
  • Offer Development 
  • Assist the client with selection of the final candidate.
  • Conduct thorough reference checking, probing for examples of candidate’s accomplishments.
  • Assist client and candidate in reaching agreement on terms and conditions of employment.
  • Transition and Follow Through
  • Stay in touch with both the client and the new executive during the first year of placement to ensure a smooth transition and a successful long-term match.
