alignment of each candidate’s skills to the
client’s needs.
- Arrange
interviews with candidates who are selected by the
client.
- Help
candidates to understand the client’s expectations
and preferences.

- Gather client feedback
on candidate’s strengths, alignment and fit and
communicate promptly to candidate.
- Assess candidate’s
continuing interest in the position and communicate to
client.
- Work with both parties
to keep the process a compelling one.

- Assist
the client with selection of the final candidate.
- Conduct
thorough reference checking, probing for examples of
candidate’s accomplishments.
- Assist
client and candidate in reaching agreement on terms
and conditions of employment.

- Stay in touch with both
the client and the new executive during the first year
of placement to ensure a smooth transition and a
successful long-term match.
