Robert D. Gatti is President of Gatti & Associates.
Prior to founding Gatti & Associates, Bob had twenty
years of senior level human resource management
experience in diverse industries. He has held
positions of responsibility with Westinghouse
Electric, Compugraphic, Digital Equipment, Motorola
and Bank of Boston (now Bank of America). Bob is
nationally recognized as one of our country’s
foremost placement practitioners, helping
organizations to develop and implement their Human
Resources selection strategy.
Bob holds a Bachelor’s degree with a concentration
in business communications from Emerson College
where he is also a member of their Board of
Overseers.
Bob is a member of HR Today’s Board of Contributing
Editors and was formally recognized some years ago
as the first official member of the Northeast Human
Resources Association (NEHRA). He was the 1998
recipient of NEHRA’s John D. Erdlen five star award.
Additionally, he is a past President of the New
England Chapter of The Human Resources Planning
Society known as HRMG and has been on the Executive
Committee of the Human Resources Council (HRC).
