Dick Fleming

Dick Fleming is a Vice President at Gatti & Associates
and undertakes searches throughout the United States
in all Human Resources functions.
Prior to joining Gatti, Dick worked for three years
in executive search with Kenzer Corporation, a New
York based firm servicing the retail and financial
services industries. As Vice President - Boston
Office, Fleming directed the search activities for
companies with locations across the country.
His industry experience includes roles as Vice
President, Human Resources for FTM Corporation, an
operating division of Fidelity Investments, and Vice
President - Store Personnel for the Zayre
Corporation.
Dick holds a Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration degree from Boston University and is
an active participant in The New England Employee
Benefits Council (NEEBC), World@Work, American
Society of Healthcare Human Resources Association (ASHHRA)
and Massachusetts Healthcare Human Resources
Association (MHHRA).
