Irene Brousell is Vice President at Gatti & Associates and
provides search services for large and small
organizations, filling positions at the senior and
mid-management levels.
Prior to joining Gatti, Irene established an
independent executive recruiting practice to serve
the recruitment needs of clients in the high
technology and the magazine publishing industries.
She has over a dozen years experience in corporate
Human Resources management positions including
professional-level recruiting and college relations
programs at Ziff-Davis, Cahners Publishing and West
Point Pepperell.
Irene holds a BA degree in Sociology and Business
Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University
and has studied Human Resources Management at the
FDU, MBA program
Irene is an active member of several regional and
national Human Resources Professional Associations.
