Judy Banker |

Judy Banker is Executive Vice President and Partner at Gatti &
Associates. She places Human Resource leaders in
both mature and emerging growth companies, including
some of the country’s largest financial service
organizations as well as a broad range of companies
in biotechnology, ecommerce, technology, service,
consumer products, retail, higher education and
manufacturing.
In her leadership position at Gatti & Associates,
Judy accepts assignments in all the Human Resources
disciplines.
Prior to joining Gatti, Judy was Assistant Vice
President at BankBoston (now Bank of America) where
she held several human resources positions with
extensive responsibility for recruiting senior human
resources managers in line, staff and field
positions. She has also worked in communications and
development for the Dana Farber Cancer Institute and
as a speechwriter for the Massachusetts’ Office of
the Attorney General.
Judy holds BA and MA degrees from Simmons College.
She is a member of the Human Resources Leadership
Forum, The Human Resource Planning Society, The
Boston Club and The Commonwealth Institute. She also
serves on the Board of Directors of SquashBusters, a
not-for-profit organization serving inner city
youngsters.
