Rachel Davidson is a Vice President at Gatti & Associates.
She is responsible for the search and placement of
senior-level Human Resource professionals nationally
and across all industries.
Prior to joining Gatti, Rachel enjoyed a 20 plus
year career as a Human Resources executive. Her
assignments covered a variety of industries and were
both domestic and international. Rachel has worked
for companies such as Lotus Development,
Ciba-Corning, Fidelity Investments and Gillette.
Rachel holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology from
Northwestern University and a Masters of Arts in
Counseling Psychology from Boston College.
She is a member of several human resource
professional organizations, including Northeast
Human Resources Association (NEHRA), Society for
Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Human Resources
Leadership Forum (HRLF).
