Wende Malster is a Vice President at Gatti & Associates.
Her responsibilities include assignments in
financial services, biotechnology and medical
products, professional services, higher education,
and high technology. She has successfully completed
searches for clients in both large and small
companies.
Prior to joining Gatti & Associates, Wende spent six
years with a prominent Boston placement firm
specializing in the financial services industry.
Additionally, she spent two years with The Center
for Executive Development, a Harvard Business School
affiliated consulting firm. Her early career
experience was in line management with a leading
disability insurance provider.
Wende holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from St.
Lawrence University, and has completed several
courses in the Human Resources Certificate program
at Bentley College. She is active in several local
Human Resource associations, and is on the Board of
Directors of a local non-profit organization.
