Our client is seeking an
individual to oversee all assessment
related activity (including vendor
management) for the US region. This
role will partner with Human Resources,
Organization Development, Talent
Acquisition, and line executives to
develop innovative assessments across
multiple employee categories.
Responsibilities will be focused on
domestic population, but will include
ensuring consistency of practice with
global regions. The ideal candidate will
have 10+ years experience with a leading
consulting and/or large corporate
organization, broad assessment design
and implementation experience for a
range of employee groups, prior
experience in the use of psychometric
tests and online testing/multimedia
channels, and an advanced degree in
Industrial/Organizational Psychology or
related field (required).
