Newly created individual
contributor role to oversee all
selection assessment activity (including
vendor management) for the US region.
This role will report into the Global
Head of Assessment, and work in
partnership with the Head of Talent
Acquisition and multiple HR and business
leaders. Responsibilities focus on
building the business case for
assessment across the organization and
the development of innovative selection
assessment tools across multiple job
categories (from non-exempt to senior
level). The ideal candidate will have
12+ years experience within large
corporate and external consulting
environments, broad assessment design
and implementation experience for a
range of employee groups, excellent
interpersonal skills, and an advanced
degree in Industrial/Organizational
Psychology or related field (required).
Compensation range 125-150K plus bonus.
Relocation provided.
