businesses with leadership development
training, sales and customer service
training and workshops, and the
most comprehensive hiring and
development assessment tools in today's
marketplace. The firm owns over 50
training modules in addition to
InSight,
our assessment system for selection and
development. All products have been
designed, tested and validated by
industry professionals.
This
Senior role reports directly to the
president.
-
Responsible for new business sales.
Specifically
developing channel partnerships with
large, national staffing firms.
-
Responsible for representing
Consulting products at various trade
shows.
-
Creating HR solutions for new
customers involving enterprise wide
solutions for all company owned
products including: executive
coaching, leadership, sales,
customer service training modules
and assessments for selection and
development.

Responsible for creating a sales
strategy to sell all of the firms
product offerings.
-
Contacting new customers, writing
presentations and presenting
proposals to prospective customers.

Servicing customers by providing
weekly or monthly check-ins, updated
progress reports and selling new or
additional products and services.

Responsible for customer renewals.
Qualifications:
-
7-10 years of sales experience,
preferably within third party
staffing organizations
-
HR knowledge and or experience
-
Trade show experience
-
Public speaking
-
Experience creating HR solutions
-
Currently in a selling position
-
Experienced with a long term
sales cycle
-
Experienced in creating and
executing sales strategies
Highly competitive base and
commission structure.
