is seeking a Head of Global Staffing and
Recruitment. Reporting to the Head of
Human Resources, the Head of Global
Staffing and Recruitment will lead the
talent acquisition function for the
organization on a global basis. The
position will manage a team of four
professionals and will be a member of
the human resources leadership team.
The Head of Global Staffing and
Recruitment will develop and drive
recruitment and staffing strategy and
processes and ensure that all talent
needs are fulfilled across the
organization.
Candidate Qualifications and Experience
include prior experience in an
investment management company and
experience planning and executing global
recruitment strategies.
