Compensation Strategy will develop a
comprehensive global rewards strategy
that will support the firm’s ability to

will be responsible for the management
and development of best practices
associated with compensation in the
investment industry worldwide.
Candidates must have significant
experience developing global
compensation strategy in the
investment management industry.
