Our client is a successful, 10,000
employee global HR Service organization
with offices in 70 countries worldwide.
They are seeking two Compensation
professionals: one to support three
lines of business with 1,000 employees
and the other to manage executive
compensation for North America (5000+
employees). These positions sit in the
North American headquarters based in
Melville NY.
Reporting to the Vice President of
Compensation and Benefits, these
individual contributors leverage HR
staff in the field to provide
compensation perspective and direction.
Their focus is on motivating high
performance, ensuring market
competitiveness, and internal equity and
external parity in line with corporate
expectations and financial performance.
The Senior Manager/Director Executive
Compensation will own the end-to-end
process for executive compensation in
North America, which includes the
implementation and communication of all
equity plans, management and sales
incentive plans and separation
agreements.
The Senior Manager/Director
Compensation will be responsible for
managing compensation programs for three
global business units and for providing
an integrated framework and guidelines
for motivating and compensating
employees in other countries.
Minimum Job Specifications:

Advanced knowledge of management and
incentive plan design, standard and
non-traditional job evaluation
methodologies, salary structure,
budget development and
organizational design techniques

Demonstrated success in leading
compensation for a progressive,
complex corporation with a disbursed
employee population

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree with
8 plus years of compensation
administration, comp design and/or
operations experience

Track record of creating and
implementing compensation solutions
that resulted in a competitive
advantage in talent acquisition and
business execution

Ability to manage a variety of
projects in an effective manner.
