seeking a strong Learning and
Organizational development
specialist to support the talent
management strategy for the
enterprise, for a well known
luxury retailer. The role is
responsible for identifying,
designing, developing and
managing programs and [projects
to ensure the organization has
the right talent, with the right
skills, in the right positions
at the right time. The position
partners with line managers and
HR business partners to create
development plans for high
potential talent and to support
business needs.

Experience required:

Experience in program
development and leadership
development in particular is
required

Retail
industry experience

Bachelor’s degree and 5
years professional level
experience.
The
compensation for this role is
70-80K and bonus.
