Our client, a privately held
multi-million dollar global
organization headquartered in
Buffalo, NY is seeking an
accomplished Senior Director Global
Human Resources to lead the
development and implementation of
global human resource strategy and
programs. Reporting to the Senior
Vice President of Human Resources,
the Senior Director will manage a
global team of five while leading
all strategic and operational
aspects of human resources. The
person chosen will serve as a key
business partner to senior leaders
and line management as they continue
an aggressive annual revenue growth
rate of 20%. This is a thriving
consumer products company that has
become a dominant brand in the US
and is becoming an increasingly
recognized and respected brand
around the world.
The ideal candidate for this
position will be a strategic leader
with strengths in creating a vision
and building the processes, systems
and culture to support its
successful implementation. There is
an imperative for becoming a high
performance business and continuing
robust recruitment, talent
management and employee engagement
initiatives to ensure talent is
available to enable achievement of
the strategic business plan. The
person must have a strong human
resource technical foundation,
significant change management
experience and a proven ability to
manage teams across the globe. The
right person must have global
experience and should have
experience in the consumer products,
retail industries or in high
performing businesses. The
successful candidate will have 15-20
years of leadership experience and
an advanced degree and/or SPHR
certification.
Compensation includes a base in the
mid to upper $100’s and a 20% bonus
opportunity. Relocation assistance
