The organization is a high growth,
successful consumer product company with
6000+ employees. This position will
focus on setting a strategy for the
short and long-term design of benefit
plans with emphasis on managing the
operations of the benefit department as
well as the design and communication of
wellness initiatives.
Establish efficient and routine
processes to benchmark existing benefit
practices against prevailing industry
practices and recommend changes as
necessary to better support company
benefits strategy.
Develops and oversees the administration
of all benefit programs globally for
company that include group medical,
dental, life and disability insurance as
well as sick leave, employee assistance
and retirement plans.
Partner with
Sector leaders to ensure benefit design
is compatible with market practices in
Canada, Europe, Asia and North America.
Design an innovative approach to address
current and future benefit needs of
employees that includes a variety of
benefit options, corporate wellness and
work/life balance focus.
