This
manager will drive process
and data improvements, in
the US, to support long term
business goals. The
successful applicant must
have broad experience in
SAPHR, combined with an
understanding of the
integration requirements of
Compensation, Benefits,
Payroll and Talent
Management systems, with
demonstrated depth of
knowledge in building and
managing core HR systems for
a global employee base that
goes well beyond standard
package implementation.
The HR
Process and Technology teams
handle high volumes of
transactions across the employee
lifecycle processes. As a cross
functional group, they have an
extraordinary opportunity and
responsibility to positively
impact all areas of the business
globally. This position oversees
day-to-day team operations,
customer requests, data
transactions and management,
data queries, analysis and
reporting, and internal SAP HR
improvements in the US.

Partner
with the Director, Global HR
Process and Technology to
drive changes and
enhancements in SAPHR that
enable the successful
execution of the HR
Technology roadmap.

Define
and implement effective and
robust Data Management
processes and audits to
support excellent execution
of SAPHR processes and
interfaces in the US, and
align these on a global
basis wherever possible.

Develop
system procedures that
support governmental
regulations such as
Affirmative Action,
Sarbanes-Oxley, Data
Protection, etc,.

Ensure
data, system and process
standards established in the
US align with, and optimize,
global HR systems and
processes.

Lead
and develop US team of HRPT
Data Administrators and
Power Users. Ensure
development of effective
user guides & training
documentation. Provide
training and support for end
users.

Partner
with GIS to Project Manage
business aspects of new
system implementations or
enhancements that interface
with SAPHR to ensure
effective governance,
requirements gathering,
vendor selection, project
execution and
implementation, and change
management.
Required
Skills:
-
Bachelor’s degree required,
advanced degree preferred
-
5 - 7
yrs experience as an HRIS
Manager.

Operational Excellence/Six
Sigma experience a plus
-
Deep
understanding of SAP HR data
and integration architecture
-
Experience in working with
global clients and end
users, general understanding
of local customs and
cultures
-
Ability
and desire to work in
dynamic, challenging
environment, and support
changing business
initiatives.
