This position will provide leadership
and administration of the HR Compliance
program for a preeminent hospital
located in Boston. In collaboration with
stakeholders from the Legal and Hospital
Compliance departments, the Specialist
will consult to all HR disciplines to
develop and maintain the HR policies and
procedures required to meet all
regulatory requirements. The Specialist
will develop and administer audits and
analyze findings to support continuous
improvement. The Specialist will also
maintain currently of all legal and
regulatory compliance requirements for
HR functions, and recommend revisions
where needed. The role will manage two
direct reports.
Requirements:

Bachelors degree and 5-8 years of
relevant work experience

Deep analytical and process skills
-
Project Management expertise
-
Experience with HR compliance
related programs( labor relations,
EEOC, background checks, policy
development ,immigration)

Supervisory experience
Salary in the low 100’s with -----
