Reporting
to the Director, HR Planning and
Reporting, this position provides
program coordination for the HR
Compliance program and that analytics
for HR Metrics. The Analyst will focus
on high priority human capital metrics,
ensuring data integrity across a
multitude of systems. The Analyst will
utilize industry benchmark data and
conduct predictive modeling for use by
hospital leadership. The Analyst will
track progress of each key performance
indicator and identify issues and define
corrective action.
Requirements:

Experience with statistical analysis

Proficient with Peoplesoft queries,
and building databases in Access
-
Strong
metrics and reporting capability

Experience wit predictive modeling

Experience working closely with
finance
-
Strong
attention to detail and project
management skills

Deep
analytical skills
Salary is in the 70-90K range and …..
