This position will lead the HRIS
function for a successful technology
company. Reporting to the Director of
Compensation/Benefits/HRIS, the Manager
will provide functional support of
Oracle eBusiness Suite and participate
in the requirements gathering, selection
and implementation of future technology
solutions or upgrades in support of a
global Human Resources organization.
This position will be the project leader
for all HR systems initiatives and will
work to define project objectives, set
priorities, and establish resources,
deliverables, and training. The role
will manage one direct report.
Successful candidates will possess both
technical and strategic skills and be
expert at project management. Specific
requirements include:

Strong knowledge of Oracle eBusiness
Suite (or similar enterprise-wide
system), PeopleSoft, ESS, MSS,
Workflow, Microsoft Office,
SharePoint & HR Operations desired.

5 – 7 years of HRIS and/or related
HR analyst experience required.

Strong project management skills and
experience with Business Objects (or
similar reporting tool) strongly
preferred.

Strong communication and influencing
skills within a team environment;
also the ability to collaborate with
and positively influence key
constituents.
Salary in the low 100’s with a 10%
bonus.
