We are seeking a strong Learning And Development Specialist to join a successful retail organization located in Cranston, RI, with travel to NYC at least once per month.. 

The role is a combination of field training/facilitating (approximately 30%) and coordinating the trainings and materials and developing the content (70%)

The successful candidate should have:

• 3-5 years experience in training, wholesale training management, sales or service in a public environment

• Bachelors Degree

• Excellent training platform skills

• Understands Learning and Development cycle and roles.

• Can  make decisions on content

• High energy

• Good communicator – can interact with internal and external clients

• Collaborative

• Engaging facilitator, confident

• Excellent written skills

The base salary is in the 70-85K range.
