We did not have a base salary increase program as we normally do. Normally 95% of our people would be eligible for an increase this year about 10% got a base increase and these were promotions. We have not changed benefits or other policies and practices.
 
2009 Merit Increases, HRIS enhancements
Nothing has been definitively cancelled, although some activities such as our Recruiter conference for example are currently 'on hold'!

We have a building/capital campaign that we have put on hold, over the availability of "affordable" credit that we can access.
 
Some employee event programs - Holiday Party, Team Day - and our organizational climate survey have been put on hold for our FY 2010 (begins 7/1).  No programs in this fiscal year have been impacted.
