Chief Human Capital Officer Bob Kelleher
was recently awarded the Northeast Human
Resources Association’s (NEHRA)
most prestigious annual award. NEHRA is
considered to be the premier human
resources association in the New England
region of the United States, providing
members with programs, information and
networking opportunities that stimulate
professional growth and enhance
workplace contributions.
Kelleher, who was ENSR’s
executive vice president of
organizational development and chief
operations officer prior to his current
role at AECOM, received the 2008 John D.
Erdlen Five Star Award for his
contributions to the human resources
profession. He was recognized for his
success in increasing and sustaining
high levels of employee engagement to
drive improved business results.
Kelleher now leads AECOM’s global Human
Resources function and partners with the
company’s business leaders to help it
maintain and expand its status as the
industry’s “Employer of Choice.”
