Multi-City DisruptHR Makes First Appearance in Boston in March 2016
BOSTON (April 6, 2016) – DisruptHR is a multi-city information exchange series designed to energize, inform and empower people on human capital issues, designed to have many speakers talking for 5 minutes each with slides rotating every 15 seconds. It is built on the belief that how we’ve managed and developed talent in the past won’t be the best way to approach it in the future. DisruptHR is founded on the idea that business leaders need to be ready to take risks, stir the pot, experiment and disrupt in order to build great organizations.
The event featured keynote speaker Chip Joyce, Co-Founder & CEO at Allied Talent. When asked why he accepted the opportunity to present at DisruptHR Boston, Chip Joyce stated, “I am passionate about helping organizations flourish by respecting employees as individuals, each with a unique and dynamic set of values and aspirations that heavily influences their success at work. I hope I inspired the participants to appreciate how much honesty, trust, and open and honest conversations, is desperately needed.”
The event was hosted by Patheer, a Boston-based skills development platform for building the world’s best organizations. Its revolutionary approach leverages data analytics and machine learning to deliver always-fresh, accurate insights to employees about their current skills, gaps, possibilities and aspirations. “We’re very excited for the opportunity to establish a progressive and strong community of professionals in Boston who are interested in transforming the future of work,” said Akash Savdharia, Co-Founder & CEO at Patheer.
