Reporting to the Head of Compensation, Benefits & Payroll, the Benefits Leader directs the projects, compliance, governance, and operations of Benefits programs and plans for the US market and it’s International locations. The focus is on ensuring benefit plans, amendments and programs are effectively administered and communicated and delivering outstanding customer service to all constituents. The Benefits Leader will be responsible for ensuring that benefit programs are competitive, and will assess industry best practices for their potential use at Brady. There is an organizational imperative to ensure Brady is in full compliance in all areas of Human Resources policies and practices. This is an individual contributor role that supports an employee population of approximately 7,000 globally. The successful candidate will play a significant change management, process improvement and team-building role for the organization.
