Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) has retained GattiHR for their Head of Diversity & Inclusion search, located in Chicago, IL. J.L. Baker and Jessica Bukovac will lead this search.
OCC, founded in 1973, is the world’s largest equity derivatives clearing organization. OCC is dedicated to promoting stability and financial integrity in the marketplaces that it serves by focusing on sound risk
management principles. By acting as guarantor, OCC ensures that the obligations of the contracts it clears are fulfilled. OCC promotes stability and market integrity through effective and efficient clearance, settlement and risk management services while providing thought leadership and education to market participants and the public about the prudent use of products it clears.
OCC’s Head of Diversity & Inclusion is a key member of the Human Resources Leadership Team (HRLT) and is responsible for contributing to the creation and execution of OCC’s Diversity & Inclusion strategic plan. This person will be responsible for contributing to the design, development and implementation of best-in-class diversity and inclusion programs and processes that are aligned with OCC’s business strategy, corporate goals, and objectives.
While this role is not “new” to OCC, it is ready for its next chapter. The organization has developed good D&I organizational infrastructure and met some key milestones. They’re ready for the business itself to begin taking ownership and instilling Diversity & Inclusion into the culture of the organization.
