Reporting to the Co-CEO and Co-Founder, the Head of People and Culture will play a crucial role in building the human capital strategies and tactics RECUR needs to achieve its goals. The Organization’s senior business leaders are committed to developing a human capital plans that ensure the organization is building a progressive, employee-centric and diverse and inclusive workforce and culture. This People Leader will be a visionary and pragmatic leader, inspired by a passion for fast-pace, entrepreneurial and hyper growth environments
The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, coach and colleague to the CEO and the executive leadership team. As a hands-on leader, you’ll stand-up the organizations first People function by focusing on the development of a human resource function that attracts, motivates, and retains the most qualified talent available and provides optimal service internally.
