The networks division is headquartered in Santa Clara, CA with a second executive office in Newport Beach, CA. The division also has a presence in New Jersey, Oregon, Canada, India, and China.

Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the Senior Director will function as the head of HR for the Networks division. The (Sr) Director will serve as the head of HR for this division and region, and partner with the division president to develop and deliver the HR strategy for this group. The role will serve as a consultant to leadership on all organizational and human resources matters, balancing the needs of the business with the needs of employees, the (Sr) Director will diagnose needs, consults and advise, and develop programs and practices that impact the business and enable continued growth.

The (Sr) Director will be a member of the HR leadership team and collaborate with peers on enterprise wide HR initiatives. The role will formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value added service to management that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
