The Manufacturing Engineer will report directly to the Director of Engineering and will be responsible for the support and development of equipment and systems to expand company capabilities. With a focus on enhancing internal and external customer experience, quality,

and speed, the Manufacturing Engineer will work with all areas of the organization, driving improvements in production processes, capital equipment, and automation. Critical thinking, problem solving, and prioritization of tasks are essential to success in this role. This role will drive results to ensure that company commitments are met, and individuals have the resources they need to deliver.

A strong data-driven and analytical mindset, along with metal processing experience are needed to succeed in this position. Identifying, assessing and acting on solutions and clear communication skills are essential.
