Continuing the “Disruptive HR” theme that we built the last issue of WorkForward around, we thought the first edition of the new decade should unpack some of the biggest HR trends we see on the horizon.
First though, we start with a request to tell us what YOU think. We’ve just launched the fourth annual GattiHR Leadership Survey. Once again, we’re partnering with our friends at PRAXI Alliance to take it global. This year, we’ll invite the largest group ever to participate – executives in more than 20 countries in North America, Europe and Asia. We hope you’ll take a few minutes to participate and share your perspectives with the world. We’ll make sure you get a copy of the survey report when it comes out in late March/early April.
Every issue of WorkForward includes an insight from the Leadership Survey. This one includes a word-cloud from on the question, “What is your one wish for your organization in 2019?” It will be interesting to compare the “one wish” question with the 2020 results in a future issue.
